The Brief

As The Sak, a well-known brand sold at retailers like Macy’s, moved into the e-commerce space, the brand needed to re-position itself to reach a younger audience demographic without alienating its current, older audiences.

The Strategy

Position the brand as an ethical-artisan handbag company with messaging that promotes quality craftsmanship and ethical treatment of the makers behind the brand, as well as sustainable materials used and initiatives the brand supports.
